Primo’s Customer Success Team will check out the options available for your address and get in touch to set up your new account and arrange the installation of your Primo broadband connection. Remember we do: fibre broadband, fixed rural wireless broadband, phone lines and mobile phone plans right across Taranaki!

Terms and Conditions.

When a new customer sign’s up to Primo using our Boots On The Ground sign up form and gets connected, they will receive a $50 credit on their account plus we will donate $50 to the Taranaki Rugby Club of their choice. The more new customers that connect, the more money each club receives. It’s that easy!

Things you need to know…

1. We will donate $50 per connection to the chosen rugby club’s bank account, to be used by the club in any way it sees fit. The amount of donations to a club is only limited by the number of new customers nominating their local rugby club. Donations will be deposited monthly (end of calendar month), if:
   1. The new customer is eligible to join, and use the Primo Broadband Service based on coverage and availability; and
   2. The new customer is signing up to any one of our on-contract broadband connections. Current customers with a connection at the time of the offer are excluded from the promotion; and
   3. The new customer has registered using the Primo Boots on the Ground Registration Form
2. We will apply the new customer’s $50 account credit on their second invoice. The $50 credit is not redeemable for cash.
3. We reserve the right to not give donations or account credits in relation to a referral:
   1. If we, at any time, discover that any condition in Clause 1 above has not been met.
   2. If the new customer account is cancelled by us or by the new customer within 30 days of the date of the new customer joining.
4. The Primo Boots on the Ground promotion is open for an initial period, ending 31 August 2024, after which we may decide to end or continue for a further period. Donations for new customers who signed up during the promotion period and who may still be awaiting connection as at the end date will continue to be paid as per Clause 1.
5. The club by accepting the donations agrees that Primo reserves the right to use the club’s name and/or photos for marketing or promotional purposes. We would always come to you first and let you know what we were doing.
6. Primo would love to hear from the clubs about how our donations have been used and that our support is acknowledged.
