Primo provide everyone who utilises the racecourse with fast and easy access to the Internet.
Race day attendees can access a wide range of online racing information and data, as well as their social media accounts for recording those wonderful race day memories.
Function coordinators and delegates utilise the UFB to access online resources and connect with remote attendees.
The administration team at New Plymouth Raceway would not be able to as easily deliver the resources to our members and race day attendees without Primo.
We are so appreciative of their support, not only of us, but also the Taranaki region.
Primo provides free wifi and phone services to our Group. We provide therapeutic and recreational horse riding sessions for people with disabilities.
We operate 4 days of each week of the school terms and in 2019 we provided rides for 107 North Taranaki young people. Our arena is at Barrett Domain where we have a long term lease from the NPDC. We have 3 qualified coaches and over 50 volunteers who carry out a wide and diverse range of roles. The age of our riders range from younger than 5 to adult riders. We have 11 horses all specially trained and with temperaments suitable to the service.
As we receive no government funding and rely on grants, donations, fundraising events and modest session fees, sponsorship by Primo Wireless is a huge help in meeting our annual operating expenses.
Primo is our provider for wireless internet this supports the club in being able to live stream our rugby games to members who aren’t in Stratford.
They are a local provider who support local clubs.
Thanks Primo
The Hawera BMX Club are very grateful for the fantastic support and sponsorship that PRIMO have given to our club with our wireless broadband at the BMX track.
We use the the broadband for being able to run our software programme for scoring and timing of BMX races at our club nights and BMX events.
Primo is a lifesaver for us……….. the Rotary Club administer the electronic message board on Rata Street, outside Combined Motors.
The communication with the sign is via the internet and Primo’s ongoing, valuable support, means that we don’t have an internet connection cost.
This is a huge saving for us and means that we are not having to raise funds just to operate the sign.
A big thank you to Matthew and his team for their steady, ongoing support.
Primo allows us to run our EFTPOs as there is no fibre or copper wire connection to our location.
We can also run our computer thus connect to our “Live Heats” judging system which also displays real time results on our Facebook page.
We can live stream world championship surfing events.
Volunteering New Plymouth is very grateful to Primo for this sponsorship.
We operate with funding from Supported Volunteering Funding (DIA) and as a Strategic Partner of New Plymouth District Council (NPDC). Both these funding streams are fixed price and fixed term of either 3 or 5 years. We have not applied for other Community Funding, so that other small organisations will benefit by receiving funding . We support the district “Not for Profit” – “For Purpose” sector by recruiting volunteers and matching newly recruited volunteers to Organisational vacancies.
Through this sponsorship we are able use our internet to support our work and reduce our overall costs so that we can use that money to support the community in other ways. While at work we have our cellphones linked to the network as we use these a lot to communicate with our people.
We also use it to receive and send the hundred of emails a week and also our promos on social media.
We have our phone through Primo as we want to support local.
Our organization is the sole provider of specialized palliative and end of life care in Taranaki. We operate from multiple sites across the province and provide both in patient and community based care services.
Primo is our internet partner. They provide high speed and reliable services to all of our seven sites across Taranaki. Within our in patient unit this includes both staff services and a free public service. During the early stages of the Covid19 pandemic Primo advised they would be sponsoring our monthly internet access costs for 12 months. This in turn has helped us direct our income towards care delivery at a time of severe impact upon our revenues.
We are very pleased to be associated with Primo and grateful for their support for our work across our comminutes.
We are so thankful for the sponsorship for our Primo internet at Manna Home.
We are home providing accomodation and support for 17-21 year olds from adverse backgrounds, helping them build their kete full of life skills to then transition into independent living.
We need great WIFI for a home full of taiohi (young people) and are grateful for Primo for this. We could not do our wonderful, life changing mahi without it. Cheers Primo!
