New Plymouth Surf Riders’ Club

Primo allows us to run our EFTPOs as there is no fibre or copper wire connection to our location.

We can also run our computer thus connect to our “Live Heats” judging system which also displays real time results on our Facebook page.

We can live stream world championship surfing events.

Volunteering New Plymouth Trust

Volunteering New Plymouth Trust

Volunteering New Plymouth is very grateful to Primo for this sponsorship.

We operate with funding from Supported Volunteering Funding (DIA) and as a Strategic Partner of New Plymouth District Council (NPDC). Both these funding streams are fixed price and fixed term of either 3 or 5 years. We have not applied for other Community Funding, so that other small organisations will benefit by receiving funding . We support the district “Not for Profit” – “For Purpose” sector by recruiting volunteers and matching newly recruited volunteers to Organisational vacancies.

Through this sponsorship we are able use our internet to support our work and reduce our overall costs so that we can use that money to support the community in other ways. While at work we have our cellphones linked to the network as we use these a lot to communicate with our people.

We also use it to receive and send the hundred of emails a week and also our promos on social media.

We have our phone through Primo as we want to support local.

Hospice Taranaki Inc

Hospice Taranaki Inc

Our organization is the sole provider of specialized palliative and end of life care in Taranaki. We operate from multiple sites across the province and provide both in patient and community based care services.

Primo is our internet partner. They provide high speed and reliable services to all of our seven sites across Taranaki. Within our in patient unit this includes both staff services and a free public service. During the early stages of the Covid19 pandemic Primo advised they would be sponsoring our monthly internet access costs for 12 months. This in turn has helped us direct our income towards care delivery at a time of severe impact upon our revenues.

We are very pleased to be associated with Primo and grateful for their support for our work across our comminutes.

Manna Home

We are so thankful for the sponsorship for our Primo internet at Manna Home.

We are home providing accomodation and support for 17-21 year olds from adverse backgrounds, helping them build their kete full of life skills to then transition into independent living.

We need great WIFI for a home full of taiohi (young people) and are grateful for Primo for this. We could not do our wonderful, life changing mahi without it. Cheers Primo!

The Broadband Bogan.

Having worked in the electrical industry for over 10 years James brings with him valuable essential skills for connecting Taranaki residents to our very own rural wireless network.

Starting just prior to the great Covid-19 lockdown of 2020 James says he is blessed to be working for Primo in the city he grew up in and the views he sees every day around the mountain are amazing.

He couldn’t ask for a better place to work! Primo for life!

If not working for Primo, James aspires to have a TV show as a singing chef – mmm we might have a new taker for our annual Primo staff cook off!
