Having worked in the electrical industry for over 10 years James brings with him valuable essential skills for connecting Taranaki residents to our very own rural wireless network.

Starting just prior to the great Covid-19 lockdown of 2020 James says he is blessed to be working for Primo in the city he grew up in and the views he sees every day around the mountain are amazing.

He couldn’t ask for a better place to work! Primo for life!

If not working for Primo, James aspires to have a TV show as a singing chef – mmm we might have a new taker for our annual Primo staff cook off!

Starting in July 2017 with Primo, covering both installs and helpdesk, Callum has in 2021 transitioned to a focused sales role.

He’ll be helping get new businesses connected, and making sure our existing business customers are getting the services best suited for them.

His customer service skills were well honed during 12 years at Plug N Play Electronics, the local Jaycar Electronics store.  This also means he loves gadgets and technology, which makes a great fit here at Primo!

Callum loves spending time with his family, playing video games, and enjoying the great outdoors Aotearoa NZ offers.

You’ll find Zoe on the end of the phone or email in our accounts team.

Starting with us in November 2017 she continues to build wonderful relationships with our customers ensuring their queries are answered and needs met.

Zoe loves the great team here at Primo and says everyone makes her feel right at home.   She is another horse fanatic and they are her passion, if she could do any other job in the world it would working and traveling around with them on a daily basis.

Of course her spare time is taken up with her own horses too, but she loves spending time with her friends and family.  Taranaki is home and where else do you have the mountain and sea so close together to go exploring.  “It’s an awesome place to live and work”.
