The Concierge.
Starting in July 2017 with Primo, covering both installs and helpdesk, Callum has in 2021 transitioned to a focused sales role.
He’ll be helping get new businesses connected, and making sure our existing business customers are getting the services best suited for them.
His customer service skills were well honed during 12 years at Plug N Play Electronics, the local Jaycar Electronics store. This also means he loves gadgets and technology, which makes a great fit here at Primo!
Callum loves spending time with his family, playing video games, and enjoying the great outdoors Aotearoa NZ offers.

Miss Moneypenny.
You’ll find Zoe on the end of the phone or email in our accounts team.
Starting with us in November 2017 she continues to build wonderful relationships with our customers ensuring their queries are answered and needs met.
Zoe loves the great team here at Primo and says everyone makes her feel right at home. She is another horse fanatic and they are her passion, if she could do any other job in the world it would working and traveling around with them on a daily basis.
Of course her spare time is taken up with her own horses too, but she loves spending time with her friends and family. Taranaki is home and where else do you have the mountain and sea so close together to go exploring. “It’s an awesome place to live and work”.
Craig Macdonald

Craig Macdonald.
The Pixel Wrangler.
Craig is Primo’s Marketing & Brand Coordinator, making sure everything is pixel perfect when it comes to our marketing and promotional material.
He joined Primo fulltime in 2016 after building and maintaining the company website. He was a pioneer in digital printing in New Plymouth, working with many local artists in helping them output their digital works.
Craig says he likes that Primo is a community-minded business, that puts a lot of resources back into the region.
Raised in PioPio, Craig likes the balance of town and country in Taranaki. He says New Plymouth is big enough to provide the city amenities he likes, but small enough to have lots of quiet places.

The Erection Specialist.
Joining the Primo family in May 2014 Andrew’s main role at Primo is site maintenance and construction.
He’s often the guy who is out in the small hours and awful weather keeping our customers online when a
technical issue may have arisen.
As team leader Andrew and his crew really enjoy the variety of work and being able to get out and about to
different sites around the region.
Outside of work, Andrew spends a lot of time baking for his family and kids. And if he wasn’t with the Primo
team, he’d probably be a fabulous chef somewhere, so we consider ourselves extremely lucky to have him.

Systems and Security Administrator.
Hanan works hard behind the scenes to ensure Primo’s systems and security are working as they should.
This helps to ensure our customers always have a great connection.
While Hanan believes Primo is a cool environment to work in and he enjoys the laughs our team shares, if he wasn’t the Wizard, he would have liked to have displaced Jeremy Clarkson and taken on his role on Top Gear. Thankfully for us he didn’t apply for the job!
In his down time, Hanan enjoys playing games, reading and watching movies. He’s a sports fan and unwinds by playing pool with friends while sinking a few cold ones.

Shaun du Plessis.
The Leader of the Pack.
Shaun joined the Primo team at the beginning of June 2014 and now leads the growing team of technicians who install Primo all over Taranaki.
Although Shaun says he loves his job because of our great team, we know it’s actually because some really nice customers make him coffee while if he’s out and about (and he thanks you all very much!).
Born and bred in New Plymouth, Shaun is proud of working for a locally owned and operated company and believes Taranaki is a special place (“Where else in the world can you Snowboard in the morning and surf till you can’t see anymore?”).
What most people don’t know about Shaun is that he’s a closet photographer and spends most weekends traveling around the region taking amazing photos.

In addition to this, Kelly is putting her exceptional HR skills to use by helping us to develop a successful people culture across the company.
Kelly believes the best thing about working about Primo is being part of a growing passionate team who really care about providing quality products and the best customer service.
On the rare occasions where she does have some spare time, Kelly enjoys catching up with her kids in the far south and a bit of trout fishing at their other home in Turangi.

Jasmine has been with Primo since it started and started off doing all the office work while Primo founder, and husband Matt, built the network.
She says the best things about Primo are the awesome people she works with and being part of a company which is a key part of life for many Taranaki people.
Jasmine loves animals, with a particular passion for horses which she breeds. She spends a lot of time at their Itty Bitty Ranch in Lepperton looking after the chickens, pigs, beefies, Maine Coon cat, their Anatolian Shepherd dog and oodles of fruit trees.
